3. Set Up Your Customer Portal
Easily manage your service, view invoices, and update your information through our convenient customer portal.
4. Add a Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Set up automatic payments via bank account or credit/debit card. You’ll receive an invoice and receipt via email, which you can also access in your customer portal. If payment isn’t received before your first cleaning of the month, your service may be paused.
5. Enjoy a Poop-Free Yard!

Our friendly Jota Clean Paws technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before arriving. You don’t need to be home during the service, but we ask that all cleaning areas are easily accessible and that aggressive dogs are kept indoors to ensure a smooth and efficient visit.
Thorough Yard Cleaning
Your dedicated technician will arrive and follow a systematic cleaning route to ensure no waste is missed. Our team members walk your yard multiple times, making sure every spot is clean, so you can enjoy a fresh, poop-free outdoor space.
Safety First
After cleaning, we’ll take a photo of your closed gate to ensure your pets remain secure. Our team also disinfects all scooping equipment with organic, disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a safe environment for all pets.
Proper Waste Disposal
We will double-bag and place waste in your trash can If no trash can is available, the waste will be double-bagged and placed neatly at the side of your home for safe disposal.
